We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across VK Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex Direct.

What you'll do
- Setting up and launching campaigns in VK Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex Direct
- Researching and segmenting target audiences
- Analyzing advertising campaign performance
- Optimizing campaigns and ad budgets
- Testing audiences, creatives, and ad messaging
- Creating and adapting ad creatives
- Preparing performance reports and recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of paid advertising experience
- Hands-on experience with VK Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex Direct
- Understanding of key advertising and marketing metrics
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience managing advertising budgets
- Experience creating ad creatives
- Figma skills and experience creating video ads are a plus
- Independence and strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a gig format under a civil-law contract as a self-employed individual or sole proprietor
